International Not-for-Profit Computer Association Announces New Board of Directors

several new directors ahead of the ICCA's June conference in Washington, D.C.

Press Release Body: St. Louis, Missouri - The not-for-profit Independent Computer
Consultants Association (ICCA) announced several of its new board of directors
members ahead of the ICCA's three-day national conference June 6-8 in Washington,
D.C.

Joyce Burkard, the long-suffering executive director of the ICCA, announced the
selection with a sigh of relief. "Finally," she said, "someone else to share the
glory."

Members of the new ICCA board of directors include:

John Avellanet, Managing Director of Cerulean Associates LLC, based in Virginia.
Mr. Avellanet is an internationally renowned expert on computer compliance and
preventing intellectual property theft by company insiders and independent
contractors.

Kevin Fessenden, President of UnitedWare LLC, based in Ohio. Mr. Fessenden is an
expert on customer relationship management (CRM) software for home builders and the
agents that represent them. He also trains information technology (IT) students in
entrepreneurship and the steps necessary to build their own computer consultancies.

Wendy Gaunt, President of CIO Services, LLC in Missouri. Ms. Gauntt provides small
businesses with website design and network management support. She is an avid
blogger on business technology tips at http://techzestblog.com.

Jeffrey Hansbury, Vice President of YTBE Inc., based in New Jersey. Mr. Hansbury is
an expert in ASP.Net web application development, websites and corporate intranets
for small to medium-sized businesses.

Dave Zimmer, PMP, Chief of Staff, American Eagle Group, based in Pennsylvania. Mr.
Zimmer is an international expert, speaker and author who helps companies more
effectively manage all types of projects and changes to their IT infrastructure
using industry best practices, Project Management Institute (PMI) techniques and IT
Infrastructure Libraries (ITIL) to drive better quality, cost effectiveness and
project success.

When asked if she expected the new board members to help the ICCA continue its
championship of small business owners and independent computer experts, Ms. Burkard
replied, "We should be so lucky. Anything would be better than the fist fights at
the last board meeting."

The ICCA will be celebrating its 31st anniversary this June 6-8th in Washington,
